At Baby Mo Art™ and Sober Seeds™, we aim to provide meaningful, high-quality products and services that support creativity, healing, and recovery. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, Physical Products)

All merchandise sales are final.
However, we will offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

To request a refund or exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, photo(s) of the issue, and a brief description

  • If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method

We do not refund:

  • Wrong size ordered (please check sizing guides before purchase)

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Shipping delays due to carrier issues

2. Digital Products (Music, Downloads, Event Tickets)

Digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Once content has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned. Please review all descriptions and compatibility details before purchasing.

Exceptions may be made if:

  • You were charged in error

  • You did not receive access due to a technical issue (and it cannot be resolved)

3. Subscriptions (Monthly or Annual Access Plans)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Canceling stops future charges, but past payments are non-refundable, including unused time in the billing cycle.

  • If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.

If you believe a charge was made in error or your cancellation was not processed correctly, please reach out to us for review.
