1. Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, Physical Products)
All merchandise sales are final.
However, we will offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

To request a refund or exchange:

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method
We do not refund:

Wrong size ordered (please check sizing guides before purchase)

Shipping delays due to carrier issues
2. Digital Products (Music, Downloads, Event Tickets)
Digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Once content has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned. Please review all descriptions and compatibility details before purchasing.
Exceptions may be made if:

You did not receive access due to a technical issue (and it cannot be resolved)
3. Subscriptions (Monthly or Annual Access Plans)
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Canceling stops future charges, but past payments are non-refundable, including unused time in the billing cycle.

If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
